Recipe yogurt bad for you for carrot cake

So yesterday I made this cake ... the problem is that it came out too sweet even if I put 300g instead of 340 and I think I expected a little too forced on nutmeg ^ ^ 'But it is different from the photos, mine even after put about 500g of carrots, there was too much dough. But never mind, it was worth tryin 'it next time I attack the cheese cake!
Strange for quantities, I have never encountered this kind of problem before ... For sugar, it can be explained by the maturity of carrots. If they are "mature", it will have more sugar which can affect the taste.

The cream cheese is a cheese that looks like sparkling St Morêt or Boursin, but with a much less pronounced taste. We can find some American grocery stores or supermarkets.

To die for! I have done 2 times a month and I'm going to a party with friends tomorrow and I have two Carrot cake in my fridge waiting to be topped with cream cheese! Yum! The top of this cake is that it is soft and fresh with cream cheese and can make pretty decorations: yogurt bad for you I add a little dye powder topping and small carrots pretty green foliage apparissent such as magic through a pastry bag! By cons I put 2/3 of the required sugar is good enough for me.

Very good this Carrot cake with nuts and very easy to do! just had a little trouble turning out a good mix of ingredients, perfect, 100g cream cheese but not enough to cover the cake.
thank you for the recipe! I made with 200g sugar instead yogurt bad for you of 340g: perfect! yogurt bad for you having too much dough for a single mold I cooked the surplus in the form of cupcakes and frosting philadelphia is excellent and too cute!
