Yes, but hello to you! Have had a bit busy now for two days, therefore there will be two posts in one day. Wednesday, no exercise. Breakfast was my smoothie and boiled egg with butter and black pepper. Lunch, a fröknäcke with mashed avocado, lamb sausage and coffee to it. Dinner, kötthår (Pulled beef) vegetable stir, steamed cauliflower / broccoli and babaganoush. Evening snacks, apple cinnamon cloves olive tree drawing and grated coconut butter. Good day nutritionally but poorly with no exercise, especially in the glorious spring weather we have now. So today, then, no morning walk today either. Breakfast was my smoothie, em äggmacka on fröknäcke with butter and mayonnaise. olive tree drawing Hanna came and we trained. Grim good pass. We drove Tabataintervaller and varied a bunch of different exercises. Completed by running olive tree drawing "Bring Sally Up" with squats. Lactic! But it was fun. Fikade an orange after the session. For dinner today became the salmon, fried fennel, cabbage and leeks along with steamed broccoli and mayonnaise. Will miss my mayonnaise, now that we are heading abroad. Heard in Spain late tomorrow night.
