For a few days I noticed that the garden grown enormous amount of basil, which can not be used even if it is hard to add all sorts of things. Since it seemed a shame to go to zero, I decided to do it from the hub.
First of all, I fry the pine nuts in oil that smelled nice and got golden color. Then I was in a mortar (for me a new grammatical word :)) crushed pine nuts, salt and chopped garlic. Basil I have mixed in the blender because it seemed to me that the mortar will not succeed. In the mincer I added pine nuts and olive oil. Then I tried hub and seemed to me an appropriate density and good taste, because no component is not too much prevailed. I Pesto harvesting in small glasses, which I put in the fridge. This morning I tried pesto as a spread on bread popečenm difficult but already can not wait to try it in combination with pasta;)
